Brewhouse Light earns title of Best Light Beer in Canada

The Canadian Brewing Awards recently announced their 2008 winners with Brewhouse Light earning the distinction of Gold in the Light (Calorie Reduced) Lager category.

“We’re tremendously honoured,” says Great Western Brewing President Ron Waldman. “Earning the distinction of the best light beer in Canada is a little overwhelming to be honest. We believe beer from Canada in general is the best in the world – so to win as the best light beer at the Canadian Brewing Awards really puts us at the top of the top.”
